Caniche Studio · Buenos Aires

I'm Daniela Trinchero. + 15 years as a senior frontend developer specialized in Webflow, and AI-enhanced workflows.

Based in Buenos Aires, available worldwide. Caniche Studio is what happens when senior thinking, AI-native workflows, and component-driven systems land in the same project.

About · since 2010

Not a designer.

I build, with a system behind me. Webflow and Lumos on the frontend, custom Claude skills and MCP agents on the operations side, ticketed pipelines for the boring parts. Caniche is one developer running like a small team, minus the standups.

Selected work · 2026

Five clients.

One year independent, no agency middle layer. Each project picked the stack it needed, not the one I wanted to bill for. Webflow most of the time. Next.js when Webflow was wrong. WordPress when the client already lived there.

A CMS-driven landing system for a crypto exchange.
Webflow build from scratch · Lumos · custom JS · CMS-driven landing system.

Overview

Bit2Me is one of Spain's largest crypto exchanges, with operations across Europe and Latin America. As they expanded markets and added partners, marketing needed to ship landings constantly — multiple languages, partner variants, reliable UTM tracking through to signup. The bottleneck wasn't design or copy: every variation went through engineering. The brief was a Webflow build from scratch that lets marketing configure landings — language, copy, UTMs, visible sections — without writing code and without paying for Webflow's native localization plan.

Solution

End-to-end ownership of a parameterized landing system, built in Webflow from scratch on Lumos (Timothy Ricks's breakpointless utility-class framework, the spiritual successor to Client-First), with custom JavaScript handling translations, UTM persistence, and conditional rendering — all driven from CMS fields.

  • Custom translation layer. Lightweight JS where components carry translation keys and strings swap in place on language change. No Webflow Localization plan required.
  • Figma → Webflow design system. The Figma design system was rebuilt in Webflow on Lumos — pages compose from parameterized components instead of hand-styled blocks. Responsive design and motion preserved across breakpoints.
  • CMS-driven parameterized components. Each reads CMS-controlled params: text, UTM destinations, whole sections, available languages. Marketing configures partner landings without opening the Designer.
  • UTM persistence across refreshes. Language switching triggers a refresh — UTMs would normally be lost. A persistence layer captures incoming UTMs, stores them, and re-applies them to every CTA so the signup form receives the original tracking.
  • Custom interactions on hover, scroll, and language switch tie the system together without bloating the page.
  • Four base templates cover listings, partner pages, signup funnels, and country launches.

Result

Marketing publishes landings without engineering involvement. Configuring sections, copy, UTMs, and languages is a CMS operation, not a deploy. One Webflow build owned end-to-end — CMS architecture, custom interactions, integrations, design system — handed back to a marketing team that runs it independently.

Corporate marketing site for a data and AI consultancy.
Webflow CMS architecture · HubSpot integration · ongoing retainer.

Overview

Muttdata is a data and AI consultancy serving large retailers, e-commerce, CPG, and financial services clients (ClassDojo, Mercado Libre, Clip, Ripley). As they scaled services and sharpened their positioning around Modern Data Platform and MarTech, they needed a corporate marketing site that could keep up: clean structure, a Webflow CMS marketing could operate independently, and lead capture wired into their existing sales flow.

Solution

A Webflow build from scratch with structured CMS architecture, responsive design across the full breakpoint range, and direct third-party integrations into the tools the team already uses.

  • Figma → Webflow handoff. Faithful translation of the Figma design across Solutions, Services, Industries, About, and Resources — typography, spacing, and motion preserved. Minor design adjustments handled in-flight without round-trips.
  • Webflow CMS architecture. Collections designed for case studies, blog posts, insights, events, and industry pages. Each Collection is structured so marketing can add, edit, and translate content without touching code.
  • HubSpot integration. Contact and lead forms wired directly into HubSpot via API, so every submission lands in the CRM with the correct properties — no manual handoffs, no lost leads.
  • Bilingual content. EN/ES structure with parallel CMS workflows so the team publishes both languages from one backend.

Result

Marketing publishes case studies, posts, and insights directly from the Webflow CMS, manages EN/ES from a single workflow, and captures leads straight into HubSpot with real-time sales notifications. The site scales with the business instead of bottlenecking it — one of several agency projects Caniche ran in parallel that quarter.

React (Next.js) · design system from scratch · custom code.

Overview

Droitwich Wellbeing Hub is a UK community interest company providing accessible counselling for adults, children, and families. Their old Wix site was visually dated, hard to update, and locked behind vendor constraints. Form submissions sometimes failed silently. They needed a site they could fully own — domain, repo, deploy — that handled real workflows (referrals, contacts, newsletter) without breaking.

Solution

Rebuilt in React (Next.js) with a complete design system and custom code throughout — the design+dev hybrid project where Caniche owned both the Figma and the implementation, end-to-end.

  • Design system from scratch. Built in CSS Modules with design tokens for color, typography, spacing, and radius. Mobile-first, fully responsive design. Reusable components — pathway cards, pricing cards, split sections, stacking cards, sliders, testimonials — built once, reused across pages. New pages assemble from existing pieces in hours.
  • Forms without a database. Three form endpoints (contact, professional referrals, newsletter) integrated with Resend's API to deliver submissions directly to the team's inbox — no database to maintain, no admin panel to log into, no data privacy overhead beyond what's strictly needed.
  • Custom interactions. Scroll-triggered reveals, stacking card sequences, and an accessible mobile nav — all hand-built, not pulled from a template.
  • Client-owned infrastructure. Two git remotes: one on the org's GitHub, one on Caniche Studio's as backup. Vercel deploys from the org's repo under the client's account. The organization owns its domain, hosting, and code — Caniche maintains and optimizes it, but the keys are theirs.
  • Quality checks. Playwright tests cover the core flows and mobile responsiveness, so refactors don't break the site silently.

Result

The org moved from a constrained Wix site to infrastructure they actually own. Every contact, referral, and newsletter signup lands in their inbox. New pages ship fast from the component library. Total ownership of domain, repo, and Vercel project — independent of any agency, with Caniche on retainer for ongoing maintenance.

A WordPress site that finally sells digital products.
WordPress · custom plugin · WooCommerce · performance hardening.

Overview

Rebs Curtis-Moss is a UK communications consultant for charities — training, audits, and downloadable resources for nonprofit teams. Her existing WordPress + WooCommerce site supported the brand but didn't sell. She wanted to turn workshops, webinars, and PDFs into self-serve digital products and book her sessions without the email back-and-forth. The site had to do the work while she did the real work.

Solution

Maintenance and optimization of an existing WordPress + WooCommerce site, with a custom plugin at the center and a migration to clean infrastructure — surgical changes that had to land without breaking years of accumulated content.

  • "Quiosco" — custom WordPress plugin. Built for Rebs to sell digital products (recorded webinars, PDFs, workshops) end-to-end without touching the order. Stripe handles payment; the plugin auto-creates the account, sends a branded PDF invoice, and unlocks content access — all triggered by the WooCommerce purchase event.
  • Third-party integrations for booking. Amelia integrated with two-way Google Calendar sync and automatic Zoom link generation per booking. Stripe handles deposits and full payments. Rebs sets her availability once; the system runs the rest.
  • Brand-consistent UX. Custom 404, branded checkout, contact form protected against spam (honeypot + reCAPTCHA), and a refreshed product card system across Shop, Training, and Resources — using her brand fonts (Poppins + Mulish) and updated palette. Responsive design audited end-to-end.
  • Performance and deliverability hardening. Full WordPress migration (including 7,732 archived emails) to Krystal, with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured so order confirmations and password resets actually arrive — including to Hotmail and Outlook, which the previous setup couldn't reach. Page weight and queries optimized in the same pass.

Result

The site sells digital products with automatic invoicing, account creation, and access delivery; books strategy calls with calendar sync, Zoom, and Stripe in one flow; and delivers transactional email reliably across providers. A consultancy that scales revenue without scaling admin — a site Caniche continues to maintain.

A free-tier Webflow stitched into a real product through three integrations.
Webflow · 3 third-party integrations · zero-budget headless setup.

Overview

Selfie Eventos runs selfie booths and 360° spinner setups for events in Buenos Aires. The owner needed a site to showcase past events, run live during active ones, and let guests download photos afterward — on a budget that ruled out paid CMS, hosting, or storage. Webflow's free plan has no CMS. Most headless free tiers run out before the first event. And the owner needed to add events and upload photos from her phone, mid-event.

Solution

A Webflow site with a custom client-side data layer, stitched together through three third-party integrations — all on free tiers, all owned by the client.

  • Responsive layout on Relume + Webflow. Marketing layout assembled from Relume and styled in Webflow. Architectural focus stayed on what was worth building from scratch — data layer, album page, email gate.
  • Google Sheets as CMS (integration #1). A client-owned Sheet is the source of truth for all dynamic content: event name, location, date, type, slug, active/past status, cover. The owner edits from her phone — that's the entire admin panel.
  • Cloudinary for photos (integration #2). Photos live on Cloudinary's free tier under the client's account, organized by event slug. The CDN handles delivery and responsive image optimization automatically.
  • Scripts via jsDelivr (integration #3). Three custom JS files hosted on GitHub and served via jsDelivr hydrate the Webflow site: live event section, past-event cards, album page. Webflow stays on the free plan; dynamic behavior comes from the scripts, fetching from Sheets and Cloudinary on load.
  • Album pages with lead capture. Each event has a dedicated album page reachable via QR. An email gate captures guest emails for remarketing, then unlocks the gallery with lightbox views and ZIP download.

Result

The owner runs the business from her phone. Total monthly infrastructure cost: zero. Every event automatically grows the marketing email list. A Webflow build held together by clean third-party integrations rather than a backend.
